Here’s what Gilgamesh is bringing with them…
Marzen 18 IBU and 6.7ABV
An Oktoberfest beer with a medium malty body with nut and bread notes. This autumn harvest beer is built upon Vienna and Munich malts and balanced appropriately with fresh Saaz hops.
FRESH PRINCE OF ALES 100+ IBU 8.2%
A triple IPA brewed with copious amounts of Centennial hops fresh off the vines. This triple wet-hopped ale has a golden color, short-lived bitterness, and an astounding aroma.
HOPSCOTCH ALE 16 IBU 8.2%
A smooth, hop-backed Strong Ale. This Scottish-influenced, malty beer has bready-caramel notes and a mild, citrus finish.
VADER COFFEE CDA 60 IBU 6.5%
A black IPA aged with lightly roasted coffee beans from local roasters, The Governor’s Cup. Dark, tawny malts and gradient hop flavors create a perfect blend.
Gilgamesh Brewing, once based out of the woods of Turner, OR, has expanded and moved into a new facility in South Salem on Madrona Ave. The three Radtke brothers, and father Lee, spent the summer of 2012 recreating a once grass seed warehouse into full scale brewery and the office building into a handcrafted restaurant featuring custom woodwork and metal fabrication. Pringle creek runs along the covered back patio into the large back yard of the property and creates a nice ambiance. Their motto is “a beer for everyone” and the range of selection provides the delicious proof.
