How to season and grill burgers
Oil grates of a gas or charcoal grill. On medium heat, warm the grill for 3-5 minutes until 450°F. Season one pound of ground beef with one teaspoon of salt and pepper each. Don’t overmix the meat and carefully form into patties. Grill patties for 5 minutes per side until 165 degrees is reached. Let the burgers rest up to 5 minutes before adding toppings as this seals in the flavor and juices.
